Different roles

Depending on your experience and personal development you will be fulfilling different roles internally and at client engagements.

  • As a recent graduate you will start at Eurogroup Consulting as a consultant finding your first client contacts and learning by doing out there on the field.
  • With 2-5 years of relevant experience, either within Eurogroup Consulting or coming from the outside, you will be fulfilling the role of a senior consultant
  • As a manager you will be responsible for further developing and maintaining client relationships, guaranteeing the best solutions for the client whilst extending the business
  • If you have stuck around long enough, gained enough experience and maturity the constant development of new business may be your biggest challenge. This is the key role Director and Partners at Eurogroup Consulting play.
