Nathalie Guarda- Manager

When I started at EUROGROUP CONSULTING, after 3 years in the micro-finance sector working for a Belgian NGO in South and Central America, and 2 years in Chile working for a Belgian refinery, I was looking for a job with great thematic variety, a project focus and constant challenge.
Consultancy seemed the right path and with Eurogroup I was not disappointed! I started as a senior consultant within a team of 4, managing a bank’s run-down project that turned out to be a very constructive experience of great proximity and deep commitment towards our client.
After 9 months, I started a new project located in… the Democratic Republic of Congo! There, we helped our client develop a mobile banking system, very innovating and perfectly suited to the needs of our client's customers in this large developing country.
Back in Belgium, I embraced the responsibilities of a manager. This and the arrival of new colleagues gave an additional challenge to my job. Working with different people, facing diverse issues every day, shifting between longer and shorter projects, getting to know many people and clients, building expertise, feeling the euphoria of getting a new contract… you just never get bored. Sometimes you get a bit exhausted because of the workload, but you definitely never get bored!
Today, I really feel “home” at EUROGROUP CONSULTING. If I must choose one reason why I would never want to leave, I would say having everyday the feeling of doing things that matter, that are useful, that really count for our clients.
