Meet our people

Olivier Dauw - Consultant  

I graduated in 2009 with a Master of Science in Chemical Engineering at the KULeuven. In addition to my academic activities, I have always paid attention to my community: I have been scout leader, I have done some volunteer work in Africa , I have taken a leadership position in a student organization, etc. All these experiences have taught me to work together with people of different backgrounds, adapt myself to new situations, use my analytical skills and open my mind to new point of views. I was definitely looking for a job in which I would use them ‘on the field’ and develop them more. Consultancy is surely a perfect opportunity to do that.

I still remember myself arriving stressed and unsecure for my first day at EUROGROUP CONSULTING, a feeling which has changed in about as little as half a day. EUROGROUP CONSULTING’s ambitious growth perspectives, the real responsibilities given to me, the pragmatic approach I love – as the exemplary engineer I am – and the unique atmosphere immediately filled all the conditions to create a productive environment. My first mission made me learn on the job very fast as I was working closely with top management for a European car manufacturer and distributor. Since I started working at EUROGROUP CONSULTING, I also had the opportunity to work on a risk & internal control analysis and on the creation shared service center of two major European banks.

But EUROGROUP CONSULTING isn’t only about challenging management consulting assignments which take your career up to higher grounds: we work hard, but we also have a lot of fun. Interesting colleagues with very different backgrounds, out of the office activities, a great atmosphere… these are also a part of the job.
